Chicken Fried Bacon

Bacon should be room temperature. Put flour and pepper in some sort of sealed container. Brown paper bag is traditional, but they don't make them like they used to so I use a rectangular Ziploc storage container. Add bacon to container one piece at a time, coating each side with flour and pepper. When all the bacon is added close the lid and shake the whole thing up a bit. Lay the bacon out flat on a 1/2 sheet jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes (depending on your oven and desired crispyness.) I keep the Ziploc of flour and pepper and just add to it next time.
