Spicy ground meat. Delicious served on a bed of leafy greens with shredded cheese, salsa, avocado, sour cream and the like. Good with eggs the next day.

Heat a big cast iron pan on high. Sear the meat on each side then bust it up. Add the bacon grease and mix it in. Add the spices. Scrape the pan and bust up meat chunks until it is all cooked through.
