Cous Cous
- 1.5c cous cous
- 1 3/4c water
- Bring water to boil in a med pot w/a tight fitting lid. Add 1 tsp salt and cous cous. Cover, remove from heat. Let sit 5mins. Fluff w/a fork to avoid it getting gummy
Savory
- 1/2c toasted tamari, chipotle pumkin seeds
- 2c cooked cous cous
- 1/2c toasted cashews
- 1.5c roasted squash
- 1c veggie saute
Lightly mix all ingredients & serve. Can be topped with ../MushroomGravy
