Roasted Squash
- preheat oven to 375
- line a baking sheet with foil or silpat
1 butternut or acorn squash peeled, seeded, & cubed
- olive oil
- cinnamon
dried thyme, sage, & oregano
Toss squash w/olive oil to coat, salt to taste, & spices. spread in single layer on baking sheet, cover tightly w/foil. Bake 40mins.
