Marinade: whisk together or in blender
- Juice of 4 limes
- 1/2c rice vinegar
- cayenne to taste
- 4Tbs tamari
- 2Tbs sesame oil
- 2Tbs ginger
- veggies can be shredded in the cuisinart.
Toss shredded veggies in a large bowl with cilantro, mint, tofu, seamiazo, rice sticks & peanuts. Stir in 1c marinade or to taste.
