Veggie Saute
- 2 stalks celery, sliced or any winter squash, or root vegetable (carrots, parsnip, rutabaga, burdock)
- 1/4c canola oil
- zest and juice of 2 oranges (up to 1/2c)
- reconstitute 1/2c dried cranberries
- 2Tbs fresh herbs, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Heat a saute pan add canola oil, celery, herbs, spices, orange juice. Saute till celery is soft.
