Simple White Sauce
gather
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 cup cream
salt & pepper to taste
- 2 egg yolks
cook
Over medium heat in a cast iron skillet melt together the butter, cream, salt and pepper. Beat egg yolks and temper by adding some of the heated cream mix. Slowly add the tempered yolks to the skillet until incorporated.
